Guests can check in from 3:00 PM.Check-out is by 10:00 AM for standard bookings. Late check-out is available until 2:00 PM for an added fee and should be arranged in advance at reception.

• Identification & Age Requirements

All guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport upon arrival. The minimum check-in age is 18 unless accompanied by an adult.

• Payment & Deposit

No cash deposit is required, but a valid credit or debit card is necessary to guarantee the booking. Payment is due upon arrival unless pre-paid during booking.

• Cancellation Policy

Flexible bookings can be canceled up to 6:00 PM on the day of arrival without charge. Non-refundable rates may not be canceled or changed once confirmed.
