- Check-In & Check-Out
Guests can check in from 3:00 PM.Check-out is by 10:00 AM for standard bookings. Late check-out is available until 2:00 PM for an added fee and should be arranged in advance at reception.
- Identification & Age Requirements
All guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport upon arrival. The minimum check-in age is 18 unless accompanied by an adult.
- Payment & Deposit
No cash deposit is required, but a valid credit or debit card is necessary to guarantee the booking. Payment is due upon arrival unless pre-paid during booking.
- Cancellation Policy
Flexible bookings can be canceled up to 6:00 PM on the day of arrival without charge. Non-refundable rates may not be canceled or changed once confirmed.
- Smoking Policy
This property is entirely non-smoking. A cleaning fee applies if evidence of smoking is found in any room or public area.
- Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed—one per room for a small nightly fee. Guests must inform reception in advance.
- Children & Extra Beds
